Prime Grade Solid Red Oak Flooring
Designed to create a clean and elegant finish to your home or commercial property. Prime Grade Red Oak Flooring is recognised as the highest grade of wooden flooring available on the market. Unlike character grade flooring, our prime grade floorboards are carefully selected to allow for minimum knots and colour variation to create a pristine finish to your flooring project, that is unachievable through other grades of solid oak flooring.
Prime grade oak flooring is the perfect choice when a more luxurious, pristine finish is required for your project, whilst still showcasing the naturally beautiful properties of Solid American Oak. Our prime grade oak flooring will contain minimal knots, colour variation and a more uniformed grain. As these boards are cut from a natural product a very slight variation in colour is to be expected.
Kiln dried to approximately 8%-12% moisture content.
Our oak floorboards are supplied in a tongue and groove all round profile with micro-bevelled edges and will be fully end matched to create a seamless finish to your hardwood flooring. These floorboards will be supplied unfinished, ready for you to add a finish of your choice if required.
Available in a variety of widths to allow you to create the finish you desire, from 120mm to 230mm for a more luxurious feel to your flooring design.
Supplied in random lengths. The price advertised is per square metre (m2).
Please remember that the longer you leave these boards to acclimatise to their new surroundings, the less prone to movement the boards will be when fitted. These boards are machined from a natural product, therefore as the temperature and humidity varies throughout the year, it should be expected that your boards may move slightly as the boards' contract and expand.
